TYPE OF PROJECT: Renovation and Addition
The renovation of this two-family building in South Boston added a fourth floor to take advantage of the spectacular views of the city, while still keeping it a two-family home. Both homes were updated with new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and finishes. The building was designed with a new modern exterior as well.
