Metcalf Hall is a 98-bed dormitory that was renovated to house an additional 10 beds using underutilized spaces. The building was renovated in 10 weeks during the ‘summer slammer’ and now features new flooring and finishes, new lighting, new electrical systems, and new furniture for the common rooms. As part of the project, all dorm rooms were upgraded.
