The Tufts Dispensary Project renovated 7 Dispensaries on 7 different floors. The Dental School and Patient Services were operational during construction. The project was done in four phases, with the longest phase being two weeks. Each dispensary received new Lighting, Floors, Doors, Casework and upgraded electrical. Each of the Dispensaries was separated into a Clean Room and a Dirty Room. Coordination was extremely tight, from emptying the dispensaries, storing the equipment, completing the construction and reinstalling the equipment in a very short amount of time for each phase.
