This existing single-family residence was renovated to create a new spacious eat-in-kitchen, sunroom, enlarged dining room, as well as a deck off of the sunroom/dining room and a deck for the second-floor primary bedroom. We also created an outdoor kitchen area and outdoor space under the second-floor deck. The home will also receive new exterior materials, creating a completely modern look.
