This elegant and spacious 6,500 sf single family residence is the second home we designed for this client. The client wanted to create a similar feel in this new home, in less space. The first floor has an open concept with a 1½ story living space, eat-in-kitchen, wet bar, gourmet kitchen, pantry, mud room, study/library, and primary sleeping suite. The second floor has a guest suite, kids play room, a wet bar entertaining area, and a large game room with 100”+ screen for a home theatre. The heated 2 car garage and unfinished basement add ample space. The back of the home boasts a well appointed patio, accessed from three sides of the home through large french doors.
