TYPE OF PROJECT: Renovation
This lecture hall classroom renovation removed basic carrel type desks, the lower level tier/concrete step, and modernized the room for movie viewing. The room was renovated and fit out with the latest technology projectors and screen/wall for instructional purposes. The space is now handicapped accessible and flexible. We used a Projection Paint for the front wall negating the use of a roll down screen from the ceiling. A major challenge was to coordinate the new video and electrical system with the existing mechanical systems above the ceiling. The room is modern, and the students/faculty have commented how well the space performs.
